Explorations

Here I explored and stepped into the Digital Art World using also exploring Photoshop more.

  • In DIGITAL SKETCH I sketched with Customised Brushes.
  • in DIGITAL PAINTING I painted the photo version of my Inktober sketch which was done traditionally. Here i really went deep discovering Layer Overlay,brushes,Gradient,Levels,opacity etc.
  • In LAYER MASKING (SEAGULL SHOE HEAD) as the name itself says , I Layer Masked a shoe (Google Image) onto the head of a Seagull (Google Image).

Face Correction

This is the Face Correction on a Google Image where the spots , pimples , unevenness , dark spots , patches etc has been edited by using –

  • Healing Brush tool 
  • Spot Healing Brush Tool
  • Patch Tool
  • Clone tool

The Google Image was opened in Photoshop , Ctrl J (duplicate Layer) and edited on different Layers.

Image Manipulation

The Image Manipulation of the Brown Paper Sketch.

Here the Concept behind the sketch – the perspective of a person sitting in a ketchup cup of the fantasied meal trey , its the trey of the person checking his bill of the meal.

Process is as follows:

  1. Searched and saved similar Google Images as in the Sketch.
  2. Opened the Brown Paper Sketch Image and then Ctrl J.
  3. Opened all the Google Images in Photoshop .
  4. File>New canvas [international paper (A4) and then Image>Image Rotation>90 degrees CW.
  5. Dragged the opened Google Images one by one on different Layers .
  6. By the help of Layer masking , cropped the Google Images .
  7. Ctrl T>Wrap to some Google Images for making them in three point view.
  8. Used Overlay and Levels to give the effect of being in the same environment.
  9. Drew the Background with Brush ( experimented with different types,sizes,opacity etc.
  10. Added the highlights and shadows on the Google Images with different Brushes .

Low-Poly

This is the LOW-POLY effect on on my photo in Photoshop.

The process goes as follows:

  1. Opened the original photo in Photoshop.
  2. Enabled the grid and guidelines (Ctrl H).
  3. Made an Action – Window>Actions>Function Key>Record>Pause>Polygonal Lasso Tool ; then made a triangle ; again Record>Ctrl J and then clicked onto the  Layers 1 while Ctrl being pressed ; (then to fill colour in the selected triangle) Filter>Average >Ctrl D>selected Background Layer and then stopped Recording.
  4. Saved the Action by giving it a Name and gave it a shortcut key (F5 here).
  5. Created Triangle with Polygonal Lasso Tool and then F5 for the recorded saved Action for the further steps to take place.Repeated till end.
  6. Saved in both PDF and Jpeg format.
